Mission Statement
To be the leading provider in Zambia of World Class Clearing and Freight Forwarding Services through the deployment of reliable and efficient management information system, modern handling techniques and technically competent well motivated staff.
Once part of a large and successful multinational logistics company the Hill & Delamain Group was broken up through acquisitions in the early 90’s. The group has been privately owned and run by Directors of the company since 1986.
The Zambia operation became independent through a Management buyout and has maintained its position as one of the leading service providers in the industry. The Company is majority Zambian owned and Management is also majority Zambian with senior personnel having in excess of 10 years tenure with the Company.
Although the Company has its Head Office in Lusaka two-thirds of the operation centers are based on the Copperbelt. We maintain the largest client base on the Copperbelt which mainly consists of suppliers and contractors to the Mining industry. We have maintained our leadership position through the ups and downs of the Mining industry in Zambia. Through this time we have adapted to the changing logistics environment to manage our client’s businesses efficiently. This is evident as we have represented many of our clients for at least a decade. The special and personal involvement we implement has helped us to succeed through the care and concern we have for our customers.
