Training & Development
The Company’s success is attributable to the emphasis on training which is evident as H&D has been the training ground for many of the successful managers and operators in the industry.
We have continued with this belief which has resulted in a very professional and experienced workforce.
In order to maintain our registration as an IATA agent we are required to enroll our staff in IATA recognized courses which contributes to the continuous training of our workforce.
It is also Company policy where possible to promote staff from within the organization and to recruit from outside the industry. This entails that the Company has a training and development program which instills high standards of Compliance and Code of Conduct.
